What a wonderful Father's Day treat
Today we caught The End of Oak Street
After a breakfast of avo, bacon, and egg
We piled in the car, all shook a leg
Off to Marion, traffic so light
Headed to Elite, seeking a fright
A movie with jump scares, a chuckle or two
Dad, Mum, Nicholas, Nen, and Boo
Entertained by Ewan McGregor and Anne Hathaway
A solid seven out of ten with not much more to say
A fun Father's Day this year with my choice of how to spend the day, a trip to Westfield Elite to catch the latest Dino scarefare... The End of Oak Street.
A slow start, but once it got going this flick seemed to have something for all of us. Comfy chairs, jump scares, and dinos where dinos don't belong.
Many thanks to my wonderful wife, Heidi and all three of our kids for tagging along and making this a special day for me.
Seven out of ten for the film... Ten out of ten for the day.
